Give Me Liberty: Virginia & the Forging of a Nation is now on display at the Prince George County Regional Heritage Center through Feb. 16. Commemorating the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, the exhibition from the Virginia Museum of History and Culture and The American Revolution Museum highlights Virginia’s role in the American Revolution. It explores continental and global forces as well as the actions of both iconic and ordinary people that brought about a model of democratic government that changed the world.

The Heritage Center is adding special weekend hours to share “Give Me Liberty” with the community:

Tuesday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Saturday-Sunday 1 to 4 p.m.

Closed Monday.
